SHIPMENT
SHIPPING DATA
Shipments in Italy are free while those within and outside the EU are charged to the customer. Shipping costs vary according to the selected products.
As required by Italian law, all GLA SRL shipments abroad are accompanied by an accompanying invoice which declares the value of the individual items in Euros. Documents for shipments to Italy are accompanied by notes whose amounts are noted in the register of considerations.
For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
DATE OF SHIPMENT
Orders are shipped by GLA SRL from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning.
ITEMS AVAILABLE: IMMEDIATE SHIPPING
Orders for items already available are shipped on the first working day following the one in which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and bank verification for our new customers.
During the period of sales, promotions, events or national holidays, shipments may take longer.
