RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items can be returned for a size exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Return Instructions:

Returned items must not show any signs of use and must have the guarantee seals intact.
Before making the return, you must be authorized by GLA SRL which issues an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code.
To request return authorization, the Customer must send an email to eco@yesshoponline.it within 14 days of receiving the goods, containing the codes of the items to be returned or the order number in the case of a total return; it must be specified if a size exchange or refund is requested.
Once the return request has been received, GLA SRL will send the Customer an email containing the RMA code and return instructions.
Return shipments must be made exclusively with the courier that will be indicated in the "Return Instructions" email, otherwise the shipment may be refused.
Unauthorized shipments or shipments with an incorrect RMA code on the package will be rejected.
The costs for shipping costs for size exchange are charged to the customer.
It is not possible to make the return in our. boutiques.

The costs for all returns are, therefore

Return shipping costs plus any costs such as duties and VAT (where applicable)
For returns of more than two items, shipping costs vary.
RETURN SHIPMENTS for refunds requested for countries outside the European Union ARE NOT FREE OF CHARGE. Any import tax and expense is the responsibility of the customer.
